General Condition
A
Must only Aircraft for :
- private operations
- person must not operate the Aeroplane as a pilot in command unless they hold an RAA pilot Certificate
- if RAA Aircraft being used for flying training the trainer must hold Instructor Rating
- Can’t fly if Aircraft has been modified
- must not fly ABOVE 5000ft and BELOW 500ft
- Must not fly over water beyond 25nm from gliding distance from Land
