A

All dancers perform 3 stamps (commence on right foot) followed by 3 claps

Partners exchange places with sidestep
Ladies to the left in front
Gents to the right behind

And return to place

Tap right hand followed by left on respective knees 5 times and clap 3 times

The movement is the repeated (16 bars total)

Partners face each other and take hand UNCROSSED and swing around with promenade step to the right. The movement is repeated for dancers to return to their original positions by swinging in reverse direction to the left.

A

All dancers position arms ( fists clenched) right arm above left arm. Roll forwards for 5 beats and backwards for 5 beats.

Pivot on right reel followed by one clap 👏🏻

Ladies remain in place
Gentlemen advance to the centre with stamp step, first right and then left foot. Return to place with 3 stamps (right left right) and 3 claps face level to partner while partner stands on toes and looks away.

Partners exchange places with sidestep, ladies to the left in front and gents to the right behind and back to place ladies to the right behind and gents to the left in front.

THE MOVEMENT IS THEN REPEATED.

Gents turn to ladies on their left and hook left arms turning once in place return to own partner with right hand and move in to next person with left hand. Continue in same direction giving right hand and left hand until chain back to original position.

C1 advance towards C2, lady of C1 passes through C2 and dances around the gent of C2, meanwhile the gent of C1 passes through C2 and dances around the lady of C2 (4bars)

All 4 dancers give right hand across and dance around for 2bars, release hands, retaining partners right hand and swing back to original position 2 bars

Gents advance to opposite ladies passing left shoulder to left, (2bars)give left hand to lady and turn once (2bars) release hands and dance back to original lady right shoulder to right give right hand to partner and turn in place (4bars)

Both couples tak crossed hands and dance in a circle around to the right and back to original position 8 bars

Couple 2 repeat this movement (24bars) followed by couple 3 (24bars) and couple 4 (24bars)
