What is quantitative and qualitative
quantitative: Data that can be measured and expressed in numbers
qualitative: Data that represents categories, labels, or characteristics. It does not involve numerical values for calculations.

Categories have a meaningful order, but the differences between them are not uniform. (Qualitative)

What is the dependent variable?
The dependent variable is what you measure to see if it changes based on the independent variable.
