Stop:

  • ACE inhibitor and Aspirin- kidney function
  • Furosemide- patient= dehydrated
  • Furosemide, ISMN, Oxybutynin and Digoxin= Anticholinergics –> side effect= urinary retention and constipation
  • Aspirin should not be being used with apixiban (anticoagulant)
