R.A. 9418 Volunteer Act of 2007
An act that involves a wide range of activities including traditional forms of mutual and developmental interventions that provide an enabling and empowering environment both on the part of the beneficiary receiving and the volunteer rendering the act.

Because we want to share and help others especially those who are in need.
