Types of conflict

Internal conflict
The character’s thoughts, feelings, and emotional conflict.
External conflict
Problems created by the outside world (outside the protagonist) (Man vs. Man)
Static character
A character that does not change their actions
Dynamic character
A character that changes their actions
Round character
A character that changes their emotions
Flat character
A character that does not change their emotion
1st person point of view
“I, we, me, us…”
2nd person point of view
“You.”
3rd person point of view
People’s names, them, they, he, she,
Limited point of view
Only knowing one character’s thoughts and feelings
Omniscient point of view
Knowing all the character’s thoughts and feelings
