What is Uncle Tom’s Cabin?
A novel published by Harriet Beecher Stowe in 1852 that showed slavery as brutal & immoral.
What is the Kansas Nebraska Act?
1854 law that established the territories of Kansas & Nebraska and gave their residents the right to decide to allow slavery or not.
