Details of the impacts of negative condudt of employees this will also detail the consequences of suc behaviour
Social Media
Details how social media can and cannot be used whilst working for the organisation
Staff Greivance
Process for rasing concerns about another employee
Consequence of not adhering to policies and procedures
Poor staff morale
Staff not as productive due to low mood
Stress
Could lead to staff absences due to stress for issues such as poor management or increase in workload
Damage to business’s reputation
Negative information on a business could be easily spread through means such as the internet and can imapct its operations
Increase within employee turnover
Employees are more likley to leave the business therefore new staff will have to be recruited and trained
To ensure employees meet the standards of a business they may encourage
- Self reflection:meets a supervisor manager or team leader to discuss an issue
- Response to 360 Feedback:Employee recives anonymous feedback from other employees
- Formal Conversations:Manger has a formal conversation, often a review where a record of the discussion is put on the employees record
Business Culture can be
- Team based:management encourages employee participation at every elevel so employees feel valued
- Enviroment aware: Main goal is to enocourage staff to adapt more sustainable and enviromentally friendly methods for the business.
- Having a strong culture motiavtes employees to work towards the same goals
Recognition and Reward
Rewards and recognition promotes behaviour change examples could include recgonition every month and/or employee rewards.
