Managing behaviour thoughts and emotions having good skills means they can manage time , solve problems , use initiative communicate and be flexible.

Important to be on time, consitently being late effects work disiplinary actions may also be taken.
Approach: Prioritisation
Priotising tasks by the least to the most important tasks
Accountability and Escalation
Taking responsility for own workload whether it is positive or negative
Decision making
Affects the team therefore its important that they weigh up the options avaliable
Feedback
acknowledging something has been done well or giving suggestions on imporvment its important it is contructive and also give positive comments so they remin engaged and motiavted.

- Self awareness:understating ourselves recognoise behaviours and emotions and how they effect others
- Self Regulation:Controlling impulses and moods
- Internal Motivation:Being able to work hard and pursue personal goals
- Empathy:Recognising and understanding others emotions
- Social skills:Buliding and managing relationsips this is important when considering stakeholders.
Unconcious Bias Categorys
- Gender bais:Treating one gender perferably
- Affinity bias: Preference to someone similar to you
- Beauty:Pysical attractivness or features
- Confirmation:Forming and opinion beacuse they believe in the same things
- Halo Effect: Postive characterisitc or personality trait makes you asume all their traits are positive.
- Horn Effect: Oppostie one negative trait makes you think all their traits are negative

- Specialist qualifications that relates to the area they work in
- degrees or regulated qualifications
- work shadowing
- webinars
- e-learning

- journals
- work placement or industry days
All of these activites should be tracked so individual/business know what they have participated in, when and what they gained
VARK
Different Learning Styles
- Visual - imformation presented more visualy appealing graphs,charts , diagrams
- Auditory- Listen to imformation, group discussions they retain information they hear and prefer to read aloud.
- Reading & Writing - Preform best when reading imformation and writing it doen in a particular way eg note taking or essays.
- Kinaestetic- Hands on, physical activities and work well on physical projects.
