What is it
A
It is a program to empower and invest in the youth to accelerate youth lead social entrepreneurship and innovation in India.

So is it an Indian mission
A
Partly yes partly no.
It was in 2017 when UNDP + CITI foundation adopted this mission to invest in youth of Asia pacific to accelerate SDG via entrepreneurship.
But now in 2019 UNDP India + Atal Innovation Mission of Niti ayog have joined hands in India to do the same.
