A
Triad of Confusion, Ataxia and Opthalmaplegia related to alcoholic thiamine deficiency.

Korsakoff’s Amnesic Syndrome
A
in 80% of those with Wernicke’s – Anterograde and retrograde amnesia, confabulation and behaviour change

Withdrawal management:
A
- Inpatient Benzodiazepines (chlordiazepoxide) with fixed reducing withdrawal regimen (5-7d)
- IM/IV Pabrinex or oral thiamine alongside
