What is the aim of the state?

What is a CPO
Child protection order. Immediate protection

S37-54 is the Children’s Hearing Act 2011
If made by local authority what must it follow?
S38(2) of the 2011
What does s37 state?
The effect of a successful CPO
What does s52 state?
Terminated after 24 hours or after 6 days of person not retrieved
What else is there?
Child assessment order CAO as per s35
What is an exclusion order?
Can exclude people form the family home as per s.76 met
Also interim exclusion orders
What is a permanence order?
Allows child to live elsewhere until childhood ends
As per s80 2007 act
Adoption order too as per s14
