Protagonist
The leading character in a novel.
Plot
The events ( exposition, rising action, climax, falling action,resolution,)
Antagonist
The opposing force that brings conflict to the protagiosnit
Complications
The struggle between opposing fores this drives the stay
Exposition
The first part of the story, characters, setting,basic situation are revealed,
Inciting incident
The events that sets the story in motion, makes the rest of the story possible
Rising action
Main part of the story, It moves the plot along where the complications arise
Climax
The most exciting or intense part of the story
Falling action
Events that follow the climax and lead to the resolution
Resolution
The end of the story, conflicts are resolved
Foreshadow
Hints or clues suggesting what may happen in the story
Cliffhanger
An ending to a section chapter or book that leaves the reader wondering
Suspense
The anxitey a reader feels about what may not happen next in the story
Flashback
Interrupting the plot of the story to recreate an incident from an earlier time.
