The magnetic force acts perpendicular to both B and v, and this makes an electron move in a circular path. the magnetic force forms the centripetal force needed for circular motion

Bev is always perpendicular to the path of electrons, no work is done on them. Because of this their kinetic energy and speed as they move in a circle remain constant
