• Skin may feel sensitive folloing vigorous aerobic activity the day of facial
• Refrain from prolonged sun exposure for 48 hours
• Help protect skin by using an SPF
• Do not receive another facial treatment within 48 hours
• Avoid the use of potentially irritating chemical or mechanical exfoliants, such as exfoliating cleansers, masks, or at-home exfoliating tools
