1) Trachoma => blindness very common in chlidren by flies & fingers in low socioeconomic
2) Adult inclusive conjunctivitis (self limiting) spread from genitalia to eye

What are clinical features of M. Pneumoniae?

A

1- respiratory infections —> atypical pneumoniae
-more in children
- in summer ( European & North American countries) (spring in kw)
- prominent X-ray although the pe looks stable
- disease courses > 2 weeks
- hemolytic anemia ( +ve hemogluttinin test)
2- Extrapulmonary
-hemolytic anemia
- myocarditis
