Identifying a specific goal and the tactics a client will use to make this change a reality
Developing a tailored action n plan with SMART goals and tactics
What are some best practice options in order to work with a client to create an action plan?
Use the info gathered previously (steps 1-3) to inform the plan
Consider:

- Current lifestyle demands/barriers

How would you use reflection to elicit change talk?
Quantity: The more someone talks about change, the more likely they are to attempt it!
Reinforce change talk by linking it to client’s goals. Makes it more realistic and achievable/enjoyable
