If you get DOT, you will meet with a health care worker every day or several times a week

Interferon Gamma Release Assays (IGRA)
When should you consider withholding INH?
If patients transaminase levels exceeds 3 times the upper limit of normal if associated with symptoms or 5 times the upper limit of normal if patient is asymptomatic
Who must be notified of suspected or confirmed cases of active TB?
Cognizant NEPMU and local health department ASAP
