Concentrate all your efforts in one area for 90 mins. Must be completely free from distraction.
What is the 60/10 method ?
Work in your tbtf for 60 mins then take 10 min refuel then perform another 60 mins
What is the daily concept ?
List 5 tiny targets in victory hour you wish to accomplish over the day for you to feel it was one well spent
What is the second wind workout ? 2WW
Schedule a second workout at the end of the day
What is the 2 massage protocol?
Put 2 ninety mins massages into your weekly schedule
What is traffic university ?
Leverage your travelling time by expanding your professional and personal knowledge
What is the dream team technique ?
Delegation is the key to free up time to do the things you’re great at

Plan the week ahead using 30 minutes on a Sunday. Perform a brain dump of all activities for the following week and then schedule them in.
