  • If the invest. BC deems approp., in questionable cases (e.g. Numerous Inj’s, unusual circumstances), BC consult w/Div. Chief AND Safety Chief PRIOR TO making such determination.
  • Bn’s cell phone is approp. for such consultation
  • Safety BC Auth’d to downgrade/upgrade ax. should info later come to light which makes such a change approp.
  • Safety BC will be Ntfy’d by Bur. of Fire Comm’s about ALL AX’s, shall respond to ALL MAJOR AX’s AND MAY RESPOND TO MINOR Ax’s
