You can sometimes figure out what the theme is by asking yourself, “What did I learn from the story?”

Conflict - this is where the characters in the store are involved in a struggle. The struggle prevents them from resolving their problems.

resolution -
This is where the characters are able to resolve their problems and move on in the story.
