Disclosure of Voting Results - How do you tally broker non-votes in a routine matter?

Disclose Voting Results: Item 5.07(b) requires disclosure of the number of votes cast for, against or withheld—and the
number of abstentions and broker non-votes for each matter (other than say-on-frequency).

We just put “0” in the tally for broker non-votes in routine matters (e.g., auditor ratification), because brokers have the ability to vote on non-routine items, so they do so and there are typically no non-votes.
