It must be visible to those performing the work as well as those receiving the work.

How does scrum help with Inspection
To help with inspection, scrum provides cadence in the form of its five elements.
When are adjustments to the proces made?
The are made as soon as possible to prevent further deviation.
When does the proces being applied has to be changed?
If any aspect of a process deviate outside acceptable limits.
