Crimes against the person involved in violence or an immediate potential for violence.
Ex:
Against Person: Homicide, Aggravated assault, forcible rap
Property Offenses: Burglary, motor vehicle theft, arson
Street Crime/ Conventional Property Crime
Transactions between two or more willing parties concerning the sale or purchase of desired, but illegal, goods or services.
Ex: gambling, prostitution, illicit drug usage and distribution, homosexuality, drunkenness
Victimless Crime
Consists of illegal acts, executed by five or more producers with varying degrees of participation, to directly or indirectly secure a system of recurring financial rewards through the provision of goods and services

Organized crime overlaps considerably with that of white collar crime
