Set-up Volley…

A
  • Step out (w/ right foot if ball comes to BH, and with left foot if ball comes to FH)
  • Prepare the racquet just behind the impact point (by making a slight shoulder turn on BH and a sideways turn on FH side)
  • On BH side, hold and prepare the racquet with NON-dominant hand
  • Prepare BEFORE the oncoming ball crosses the net
  • Ensure step/catch/step ???
