Explain?
A
The tricuspid valve is absent, dysplastic, and pushed into the right ventricle, it is partially adherent to
the right ventricular wall. This is why actually the right ventricle is small compared to the large right
atrium.

Symptoms?
A
In this case there is a considerable tricuspid regurgitation. There might be a presence of
tachyarrhythmia.
