Q
suprascapular artery
A
- thyrocervical
- passes inferolaterally crossing anterior scalene, phrenic nerve, subclavian artery, brachial plexus,
- run laterally posterior and parallel to clavicle
- over scapular ligament to supraspinous fossa
- then laterally to soine to infraspinous fossa
2
Q
posterior circumflex humeral
A
- axillary artery
- encircle surgical neck of humeus
3
Q
profunda brachial artery (deep)
A
- brachial artery
- acompanies radial nerve along radial groove of humerus, supplying post of arm
- participate in oeriarticular arteial anastomoses around elbow joint
4
Q
suprascapular nerve
A
- superior trunk, receiving fibers from c5
- passes laterally across lateral cervical region
- superior to brachial plexus
- through scapular notch deep to transvers scapular ligament
- supraspinatus, infraspinatus, glenohumeral joint
5
Q
axillary nerve
A
- terminal branch of posterior cord
- receiving fibers from C5
- exits axillary fossa posteriorly, passing through auDrangular space with posterior circumflex humeral artery
- give rise to sulerior lateral brachial cutaneous nerve
- winds around surgical neck deep to deltoid
-glennumeral joint, teres minor, deltoid, skin of superolateral arm
