What is an equivalent fraction
Fractions are equivalent if they are equal or represent the same amout 1/2 == 4/8
What is the purpose of having a common denominator on fractions?
Having common denominators makes things like comparing, adding, and substracting fractions easier
How can we found a common denominator for 2 or more fractions?
We need to list the multiples of each denominator until we find the smallest multiple they have in common
How can we compare fractions?
We can compare fractions by seeing which one takes up a greater portion of the same whole
What is an improper fraction?
Is a fraction where the numerator is greater than or eaqul to the denominator

What is a mixed number(numero mixto)?
It´s a numberconsisting of a whole number and a proper fraction
