Moderately strong malty flavor and a light hop character.

Malt: rich, toasty doughy, impression of sweetness
Hops: low to med-low floral, herbal, spicy
Malt should not be deeply toasted, caramelly, or biscuity
Clean lager fermentation character
Flavor
Malt: Medium to medium-high malty flavor initially. Light toasty bread dough. Impression of soft sweetness.
Bitterness: medium to medium-low, balance is definitely malty
Hops: medium-low to medium floral, herbal, spicy
Well attenuated and crisp, not dry
Flavor is mostly Pils malt with slightly toasty hints
Mouthfeel
Medium body
Smooth, somewhat creamy
Medium carbonation
Alcohol barely noticeable
Appearance
Deep yellow to deep gold
Should not have amber hues
Bright clarity
Persistent white to off white head
