What are Accident and Near Miss Management Procedure objectives?
To Ensure accidents and near misses are reported promptly.
This is to ensure any accidents or near misses can be limited/minimised and root causes can be identified.
What should happen if an accident happens?
An investigation team should be assembled
An investigation and root cause analysis should be completed.
Any information from the injured person/any witnesses should be collected.
Any risk assessments should be completed and reviewed as per the hazard management procedure.
An Accident investigation Report should be completed.

Environmental Aspects Register
What type of information should it feature?
Identifies all environmental aspects relating to the companies activites.
When should the Environmental Aspects Register be updated?
Annually.
Following an incident relating to an Environmental Aspect.
Following a change relating to the companies activities, products that may introduce a new environmental aspect
Or that may increase an existing environmental aspect.
