What does the rollover switch do?
When the boat experiences a 90° or greater knock down or roll over, the switch immediately reduces engine rpm to idle, to reduce the amount of water to enter the engine compartment. Takes 8-12 seconds.

The auxiliary machinery, space aft bulkhead, port of centerline above the fuel tank
Where is the fuel tank located?
Centerline between frames 3.5 and 10.
