Living below the absolute poverty line of 2 Dollars 15 cents a day, measure with purchasing power parity at 2017 GDP.
What is Relative Poverty?
Relative poverty is earning less than a particular percentage of a countries average income.

Why does Infrastructure effect Poverty Rates?
Increase in Productivity
Increase in Income
Less Absolute Poverty
Why does Aid effect Poverty Rates?
Aid can be used on Healthcare and Education
Healthcare = Absenteeism
What is an Evaluation of Poverty Rates?
If the Aid is spent on bad things poverty will not decrease.
Very bad for countries with bad corruption.
Why does Education and Training effect Poverty Rates?
Fall in education = Worse skills
People are forced to take worse paying jobs = Income decrease
