This role is the senior communications commander management function for the AOC. This assists the C-ACT in managing and maintaining comm support for the AOC, as well as directing the activities of AOC comm personnel who work for the C-ACT
The CFP Function
What are the responsibilities of the CFP Function? And name a few of them.
To oversight system operations and provide direct comm system and services support to the AOC

Receive and consolidate reports from sub units

What is the purpose of an MSL and what can it be used for?
To record all information pertinent to AOC Comms support and significant events of RADAY.
It can be used to build/substantiate status reports and to reconstruct/capture events for analysis or after action reports
What is the purpose of the AOC WS HD Support System?
To assist and/or coordinate in resolving base line hardware and software integration problem through technical solutions and advice. It also provides continuous, dedicated support.
What is the role of the AOC WS HD Tier 0?
To provide an interface with system users and help maintain the overall AOC comm systems infrastructure as well as directing AOC Comm personnel activities
What is the role of the AOC WS HD Tier 1?
To assist in reporting and ensuring the tracking, resolution, and return to service of any problem or outage encountered with mission applications, services, and internal infrastructure in the approved AOC component engineering baseline. It also provides addition expertise for problems that can’t be resolved at Tier 0
