- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/BSMLS/Bachelor of Science in Public Health from a PRC-accredited educational institution
- At least 18 years old
- Filipino citizen
- A person of good moral character
- Must not have been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude
