Sudden onset neurological symptoms than last >24 hours

What are blood-relevant risk factors for ischaemic stroke?
A
Hypertension
Hyperlipidaemia
Atrial fibrillation (irregularly irregular pulse, predisposing to thromboembolic events)

What is the differentiation between acute stroke and TIA?
A
Symptoms still present the following day (technically >24 hours but practically the above)
