Primary Survey
These are measurement of our body’s most basic functions such as the Body temperature, Pulse rate, Respiratory rate and Blood pressure.
Vital Signs
This is the measurement of the body’s capacity to produce and eliminate heat.
Body Temperature
This is the heart rate or the count of heart beats per minute.
Pulse Rate
This is the number of breaths a person takes per minute usually measured during a person’s rest.
Respiratory Rate
It is the measurement of the pressure or force of blood inside your arteries
Blood Pressure
This is a technique in lifesaving when a person’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped.
C.A.B Technique
What does C.A.B stands for
Circulation, Airway, Breathing
This is the quickest way to move a victim in a short distance on an even ground.
Ankle Pull
This method supports the head of the victim. It is preferred than ankle pull.
Shoulder Pull
This method is suitable for children or very light people.
One-Person Lift
This is used to carry a victim in longer distances.
Firefighter Carrt
This is an ideal way of pulling a victim
Blanket Pull
This is usually done to carry the victim in longer distance.
Pack-Strap Carry
In this method, conscious victims can use rescuers as crutches in swinging their legs.
Human Crutch/Two Person Drag
This method moves the victim out of immediate danger quick and easy for unconscious victims

Usually for transporting unconscious victims in long distances.

Three or more rescuers alternately position themselves on both sides of the victim, with the strongest rescuer on the side with fewer rescuers.

Used to lift on a bed or stretcher, and for transporting them in short distances.
Three-person Carry or Stretcher Lift
This is commonly used to support fractures and dislocation, apply splints, form slings, and make improvised tourniquets

This is secure and does no slip.
