Factors influencing supply of labour
Eval point for training : if the government subsidies training then it could be easier for workers to gain the necessary skills required for a job, so the supply of labour could increase. Additionally shorter programmes or apprenticeships programmes may incentives people to join the labour market increasing the supply of labour.
Define the term labour mobility
the ease with which workers can move between different jobs
What is geographical immobility
refers to the inability of labour to move from one area to another to find work
What is occupational immobility
the inability of labour to switch between different occupations (may be due to a lack of skills).
