Ethics are the moral compass and principles that guide the behaviours of a business.
Give some examples of ethical business practices
- Treating workers and suppliers fairly
- honesty with customers
- ethical sourcing
- caring for local community
What is pay and reward ?
A incentive business propose to employees mainly used by large corporations.

Pressure groups are organisations which try and get a business to change behaviour or operations

- It is the belief in which a business should act responsibly and protect stakeholders
- going beyond the regulation sand do whatever they can to benefit society

This is to be a good corporate citizen

Obligation to do what is right.
