35000/500 = 7.00
Capacity Utilisation formula?
The actual output/capacity x 100
JT Co’s fixed overheads of £600,000 a month pay for a maximum capacity of 200,000 units. Variable costs are £2 per unit, the selling price is £8 and current demand is for 120,000 units.
120,000/200,000 x 100 = 60
