A = Anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) positive
R = Renal abnormalities (blood+urine on dip) A = arthiritis/arthralgia S = serositis H = haematological abnormalities
P = photosensitivity O = oral ulcers I = immunological abnormalities N = neurological abnormalities
M = malar rash
