What are the 4 stages of the disaster response curve ( park model )

A
  • Early stage = before disaster strikes and quality of life is normal
  • Relief = medical attention, rescue and overall care
  • Rehabilitation = people try to return to normal by providing food, water and shelter
  • Reconstruction = start to rebuild infrastructure like houses education and hospitals etc. - QOL starts to return to normal and maybe increase
