4 audits will be conducted each month, each one must have a different day of the week selected. Each audit will be placed in a folder.

- Identify, from ROLL CALLS, the unit that finalized the event on the Event Summary Page for any discrepancies noted above.

- IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR along with a copy of the corresponding Event Information Printout and a copy of any COMPLAINT REPORT prepared.
a. VERIFY REFERRAL of complaint in a situation where precinct personnel respond to a radio run and take information for a complaint which OCCURRED IN ANOTHER PRECINCT.
b. Refer assignments handled by Housing Bureau personnel where a COMPLAINT REPORT should have been prepared but is not listed on the COMPLAINTS INDEX to the COMMANDING OFFICER OF the police service area (PSA) concerned.
PSA CO will let Pct CO know about the results.

The supervisor that received the Audit from the DUS will complete it and return it in how many days?
- Conduct investigation as outlined in Appendix “B” of Self Inspection Worksheet #807, “Auditing Radio Runs,” and complete WITHIN FIVE DAYS.

a. Auditing Radio Runs Coversheet (Appendix “A”) of Self
Inspection Worksheet #807, “Auditing Radio Runs”
b. The Event Search Page for “2%”
c. All Event Summary Pages for “2%”
d. All Event Information Printouts for past crimes
e. The Event Search Page for “3%”
f. All Event Summary Pages for “3%”
g. All Event Information Printouts for progress crimes
h. Copy of the COMPLAINTS INDEX for the date of the audit
i. Copy of any COMPLAINT REPORT prepared attached to the corresponding EVENT INFORMATION PRINTOUT
j. Completed copy of any Appendix “B” sheets of Self Inspection Worksheet #807, “Auditing Radio Runs,” for investigations concluded, attached to corresponding Event Information Printout.
