MOS will request permission from who if they have to make a long distance call?
- Notify an IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR of the circumstances that surround the need for the call (i.e., personal emergency, etc.), PRIOR to making the call.

(2) Date of the billing statement. - Have highlighted billing statement and check(s) forwarded to Telecommunications Unit, 1 Police Plaza, Room 910D.
