1. The cell is the basic unit of life. Cells are important components that allow it to do its function. They make up the smallest level of plants and animals. They provide the building blocks for living things.
2. All cells come from pre-existing cells. Cells come to life through the process of reproduction. Living things are required to create more living things. Cells must have a reproduction system, which they do through cell division. Through mitosis, a parent cell divides to produce two identical daughter cells.
3. All living things are made up of one or more cells. A living cell made up of one cell is called unicellular. However humans are made up of complex organisms.
