What is fat mass?
Mass of body that consist of adipose tissue
What is body composition?
Proportion of lean body mass , to fat mass
What is white adipose tissue? (WAT)
Most common form of adipose tissue found in the human body. Stores energy as fat.
What is brown adipose tissue? (BAT)
Primary function, Thermo regulation, produces heat by nonshivering thermogenesis
What is subcutaneous fat?

Total energy intake (TEI),
The total amount of energy ingested over a period of time
What is positive energy balance

What BMI is overweight
25 to 29.9
