Four Initial Requirements to being accepted as a patient

A

They must come to the office for care every day until the Youth & Vitality Workshop.
They must perform and pay for an x-ray to test the rehab on their posture to determine the amount of correction for the first 40 visits.
They MUST attend the first available Youth & Vitality Workshop with their spouse.
They MUST pay for all services provided until the workshop on Day #2.

A

How they developed their condition.
How this condition is affecting their health RIGHT NOW.
Most importantly, what type of program it’s going to take to correct their condition and return them back to 100% health as quickly as possible?
The workshop will cover the home care.
They are going to write 20-30 year health goals.
Review the results of their stress test.
Based on those results we are going to lay out a program of care that will help them reach their goals.
Review the financial investment.
