      SAME OFFENSE AND WHEN EARLIER PENALTY WAS
      LOSS OF VL OR OT PRIVILEGE.
    • Any penalty revd./approved by Boro CMDR.
      • FS-211 done by C.O., endorsed by Boro Cmd. & fwd’d to
        Director, Bur. of Fiscal Svcs.

  • Rptg. Btwn 0900 & 0930 OR 1800 & 1830 = LATENESS!!
  • Rptg. After 0930 OR 1830 = AWOL
    • AWOL NOT > 1 Tour = C.D.!!
  • Period of lateness/absence = w/o pay ~ C.O indicate on TPR
  • IN EVERY CASE OF LATENESS/AWOL, C.O. MUST DET. OT
    COST, IF ANY
  • Late Penalty = 1-4 pts + deduction from pay = to OT cost
    incurred
    -AWOL Penalty:
    • NO OT COST ~ 9x6 = 1-4 pts; 6x9 = 2-7 pts
    • OT COST ~ Pts as above + deduction from pay at approp. OT
      rate
