A

Supporters: They felt is was a reasonable balance between the two extremes; unregulated capitalism and socialism. In other words, they felt that it gave the right amount of assistance to people in need.

There were different viewpoints regarding the policies of the New Deal. Describe the Critics viewpoint.

A

The Critics felt that the federal government was too large and too powerful. They also felt that the New Deal programs stifled free enterprise and individual initiative. Liberal critics said it didn’t do enough to socialize their economy and eliminate social and economic differences.
