-Helped the sick and disabled
-Introduced unemployment insurance scheme in which employees would pay towards every week so if they did become unemployed they would be financially backed up

-Extended building projects
-Employed artists, writers, musicians, actors/actresses
-Employed more than 8million people

-Tenant farmers who were not impacted by the AAA, were moved to better quality land and housing
-Taken over in 1937 and was renamed the Farm Security Administration
