What did the 1910 parliament bill outline
A
Proposed that the HOL should have no power to reject ‘money bills’. They could only delay it for 2 years max

What did Asquith ask the king to do
A
Create liberal peers in the HOL to outvote the Cons as the bill would never go past the HOL. However King Edward died and king George wanted the libs and Cons to agree on a solution.
